
What is a restaurant manager at FLFL
As a restaurant manager at FLFL you provide leadership to the restaurant crew whilst working in the restaurants. This branch is located at Spuistraat 69 Den Haag and the opening hours are from 12:00 – 20:00, 6 days a week from monday to saturday. In addition you are responsible to ensure the quality of the food and overall service as well as the cleanliness of the restaurant and kitchen. Also you ensure that the restaurant crew complies with all the guidelines provided and that the production of food and the keeping of stock is up to standards.
Your job
Your are responsible for running the restaurant from top to bottom:
- Quality of food;
- Quality of service;
- Cleanliness of restaurant and kitchen;
- Training and managing staff;
- Inventory;
- Communication to company- and district management.
Responsibility
Being a restaurant manager is a job with a lot of responsibility. There’s a lot of things to manage simultaneously but you have the freedom and trust to do it in your way whilst following company guidelines. You are working closely under and with a district manager who oversees two or more FLFL branches. Together you form a strong team that leads FLFL.
