About your job as an assistant manager at FLFL
As assistant manager you are able to work as a team member in our restaurants whilst assisting the restaurant manager in his absence or wherever needed. You are doing everything a regular crew member does, in addition to being responsible for food production and keeping and organizing stock. You can work in the kitchen (preparing food as well as cleaning) and in the front of the restaurant taking orders, serving food and ensuring cleanliness.
Even though at FLFL we serve people in an informal environment, you work strictly following the provided guidelines whilst taking orders, preparing food, serving customers and keeping the restaurant and kitchen clean.
You work together with a branch manager on making sure everything in the restaurant is done following our guidelines.
- Quality of food;
- Quality of service;
- Cleanliness of restaurant and kitchen;
- Training and managing staff;
As an assistant manager you work with a branch manager that has ultimate responsibility. But when he or she is absent, you are in charge.
